I am not sure if the drivers exist. The Graphics card seems old and the last Microsoft OS supported were Windows 2000 and XP. I dont own the card but I believe if you ever installed Windows 7 with the card above installed, you gonna end up with a Microsoft generic driver either from the OS itself or from Microsoft update site.

Although that I dont think it is supported on Windows 7, but I would still suggest that you check Nvidia website for Windows 7 drivers for this Nvidia Graphics Chip/Card: GeForce 4 MX460. See if they are available and have them downloaded and set. If they worked, good, but if not, remove them. Please make sure you download the driver needed whether it was a 32 or 64bit referring to your OS installed.
