After removing GTA 5 after I though I had an installation issue. I downloaded the setup tool (GTAVSetupTool.exe) (again) that the social club website prompts me to use to download my copy of GTA V.

But this time I don't even come to downloading the game. Once it's running, the setup tool only installs a few readme.txt files in numerous languages, GTAVLauncher.exe and PLAYGTAV.EXE rather than downloading the game. Running GTAVLauncher does nothing, it just crashes. Running PLAYGTAV (the one the desktop shortcut links to) gives me a splash screen for a few seconds before it crashes too. I have over 170gb of space left on this hard drive, my windows username is only made up of normal letters and I have updated my drivers and the required software. Does anyone have any ideas on how to try and fix this please?
